"Global Responsibilities & Conflict Resolution - Chinese and European Perspectives"
Jointly organized by Fudan University Shanghai and the Center for Global Politics at Freie Universität Berlin
CURRICULUM
This intensive short-term program will provide students with an insight into European and Chinese perspectives on and approaches to global responsibilities and conflict resolution. The gained knowledge will be applied to current conflicts in Asia and Europe. Political and social responsibilities, arising from their roles as global players, will be analysed within the framework of different theoretical concepts. The modules will provide tools for a deeper understanding of the new global landscape. Additionally, there will be a project module on corporate responsibility. The exchange of views and ideas will equally include input from German and Chinese academics and students.

ADMISSION
Your background:
- first academic degree (B.A. or equivalent) in political science or a related field
- current studies at the Master’s level in international relations, political science, economics, communications or a related field at a university in Germany, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan
- excellent command of English

EXPENDITURES
The tuition fees for the Summer School amount to 800 CNY. Participants are responsible for their travel and living expenses. Affordable accommodation will be arranged in a hostel near Fudan University Shanghai.
